31/07/0920-20 FUSION APPOINTMENT LOOKS TO THE FUTURE

20-20 Fusion, the leading provider of design software for the kbb industry, is further bolstering its commitment to delivering a quality CAD product with the appointment of James Wilson to the position of Product Director.

James has been with the company for 15 years, most recently as International Data Manager, so has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Fusion brand. James played a key role in developing the latest version of the Fusion software, version 16, and is helping to pioneer groundbreaking developments on version 17, to be launched next year.

In his new role James will be responsible for defining the features for future Fusion software and overseeing their implementation. Key to the company’s success is its commitment to listening and reacting to customer feedback, in order to make tangible improvements and developments to the software. As Product Director, James will collate software requirements from all areas of the business in order to implement future developments.
