Leee Jeffries - Support Team Co-ordinator

Leee (yes 3 e's) has a national diploma in computer engineering and higher national diploma in multimedia computing. Has worked as a technician for 3 years at a local school and has experience in many IT applications.

David Pieris - Training team leader

Our Senior Support Officer joined the company in 1994 and has extensive product knowledge within the support department. Responsible for the formulation and documentation of all Planit training courses and seminars, customer training is David’s speciality. He handles the bulk of the training offered by Planit Fusion.

Rob Garfoot - Sales & Support Representative

Rob is a graduate from the University of Southampton where he gained a BA (Hons) degree and has since been working in the leisure industry. Rob is based in Reading and covers the South East.

Tony Woodward - Sales & Support Representative

Tony has a background of 6 years in trade/retail and telesales and has since been working in the motor industry. Tony is looking forward to the new role of Sales Support Representative at Planit Fusion. Based in the West Midlands Tony will be covering Wales and the South West regions of the UK.

Dax Bausola - Support Officer

Dax has a wide range of experience in providing support over the telephone and has previously worked in a number of Telesales positions. Ever the optimist and always enthusiastic.

Clive Knight - Support Officer

Clive has a sales and training background, initially within the financial services sector and more recently in the call centre industry. Clive is very customer focussed and thrives on providing help, whether through training or telephone support.

James Ferris - Support Officer

James has completed an HND in multimedia computing, then worked hard to become a retail manager and has now had a career change back to the area he trained for. Customer satisfaction is James's number one priority and is committed to delivering this via personal training and telephone support.

Peter Diserens - Support Officer

Peter has recently joined Planit after working on an IT Service Desk for a number of years where he developed his customer relations skills. He enjoys helping people and is looking forward to becoming a major part of the Support Team.

Matthew Moss - Support Officer

Matt has been working in IT for just over 3 years and has good technical knowledge. "I enjoy problem solving and finding new ways of doing things, and I’m really looking forward to contributing to the support team".
