Leee Jeffries - Support Team Co-ordinator

Leee (yes 3 e's) has a national diploma in computer engineering and higher national diploma in multimedia computing. Has worked as a technician for 3 years at a local school and has experience in many IT applications.

David Pieris - Training team leader

Our Senior Support Officer joined the company in 1994 and has extensive product knowledge within the support department. Responsible for the formulation and documentation of all Fusion training courses and seminars, customer training is David’s speciality. He handles the bulk of the training offered by 20-20 Fusion Limited.

Simon Purves - Director - Independent Sales

Simon has worked within the organisation since 1991 and has a wealth of experience and knowledge within the KBB industry.

Colin Seaton - Area Sales Manager

Colin first joined the kitchen and bathroom industry in 1976, and stuck with it ever since, Colin Seaton will be a familiar name to many. As the company’s newest Area Sales Manager (South), he will be working hard to build relationships between manufacturers and Planit Fusion to increase the company’s user base in the UK.

Clive Knight - Support & Training Officer

Clive has a sales and training background, initially within the financial services sector and more recently in the call centre industry. Clive is very customer focussed and thrives on providing help, whether through training or telephone support.

James Ferris - Support Officer

James has completed an HND in multimedia computing, then worked hard to become a retail manager and has now had a career change back to the area he trained for. Customer satisfaction is James's number one priority and is committed to delivering this via personal training and telephone support.

Peter Diserens - Support Officer

Peter has recently joined 20-20 Fusion Limited after working on an IT Service Desk for a number of years where he developed his customer relations skills. He enjoys helping people and is looking forward to becoming a major part of the Support Team.

Aaron Green - Support Officer

Aaron is BCA certified in Web Design, E-Commerce and Network Solutions. His career as taken him from customer support to the development of user friendly web solutions. He enjoys helping people and is very customer orientated.
